Quality Assurance

Behind our team is a focused commitment to the highest quality standards. That means comprehensive and rigorously implemented SOPs, continuous training in cGMPs, and an environment fully compliant with ICHcGMP and TPP (Therapeutic Products Program, Canada).

Our facilities undergo regular audits by our clients to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. We invest continuously in our plant and equipment, and we provide our people with ongoing training and development in ICHcGMPs.

Regulatory Audits

Elucid  must not only meet the regulatory requirements of it’s clients but must also meet the expectations of various regulatory bodies such as the Health Protection Branch and the  Food & Drug Administration. We take all feedback seriously and work quickly to evaluate and, if necessary, integrate suggestions into our standard operating procedures.

We believe that maintaining an open dialogue with our clients and regulatory bodies with regards to our compliance demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, and open and honest communication.
